RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to accept a warranty deed to the City of Saint Paul
from Paul S. Haas and Ida B. Haas, husband and wife, conveying
to the City of Saint Paul the tract of property hereinafter
described, in consideration of the payment by the City of the
purchase price of $16;750.00, said payment to be made from
Fund 3700 -501; and conditioned upon said Paul S. Haas and Ida
B. Haas furnishing to the City of Saint Paul an abstract of
title, continued to date, evidencing good marketable title
in said Paul S. Haas and Ida B. Haas:,
Lot 9, Kennedys Subdivision of part of Block 82
of L. Dayton=s addition to St. Paul, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
