Sixth Street from Auditorium Street to W. the following described parcels: Those parts of Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, Rice and Irvine's addition to Saint Paul, lying southerly and southeasterly of the following described line: beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 8, 27 feet, 4 inches northerly of the south line of said Lot 8; thence easterly and parallel to said south line of Lot 8 to a point on the west line of said Lot 9; thence northeasterly to the point of intersection of the east line of said Lot 9 and the northwesterly line of W. Seventh St., except those parts thereof taken for the opening and widening of W. Seventh Street, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey(,County, Minnesota; duly ratified by the Council on January 16, 1963, by Resolution known as Council File 210804, a proved January 16, 1963, that the award of damages in the sum of U11,467.00 for the taking of the aforesaid property shall be and hereby is increased so that the same shall be and-represent an award of damages in the amount of $19,467-00; RESOLVED FURTHER, That the award of damages as so increased shall be payable as follows: $18,500 to Berthold J. Friedmann and Eleanor F. McKasy; and $967 to Naegele Outdoor Advertising Co.; RESOLVED FURTHER, That the award of damages as so increased shall be payable from PIR Fund 6000 to be reimbursed from Municipal State Aid,.or other funds of the City available for the payment of the same.
