I o, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 127+5, BY CHANGING CERTAIN FIGURES IN SAID ORDINANCE CON- TAINED AS THE SAME AMENDS SECTION 1.09 OF THE ST. PAUL LEGISLATIVE CODE ENTITLED "FEES FOR PERMITS." THIS IS AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RENDERED NECESSARY FOR THE PRESERVATION OF THE PUBLIC PEACE, HEALTH AND SAFETY. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 127+5, approved and passed by the.Council of the City of St. Paul on July 1, 1964, may and hereby is amended in that Section 1.09 of the Legislative Code of said City in'its Subsection C, as amended, shall read as follows: C. Alterations, Repairs or Additions to Existing Systems Where Such Alterations, Repairs or Additions Do Not Exceed (7:0,000 BTU. Three Dollars $3.00) for the first 6,000 BTU and One Dollar ($1.00 for each additional 2,000 BTU up to 20,000 BTU total. For any alterations, repairs or additiona:.to an existing steam or hot water heating or process systems, where such alterations, repairs or additions do not exceed 20,000 BTU per hour input capacit , the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of T3.00 for the first :6,000 BTU per hour input capacity and $1.00 for each additional 2,000 BTU input capacity up to 20,000 BTU. Section 2. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3.
