directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 217529
approved_ April 14th. 19 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Goodrich Ave. from Western Ave. to Harrison St. on the north side and
to Richmond St. on the south side and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement.
