Gerber Jr. City Clerk a ' Building Dear Sir: w This is in the matter of the application of Albert Smith to install and operate a,six unit trailer rental lot in conjunction with an existing filling station on property located at the northeast.corner of Arcade Street and Hawthorne Avenue which is described as Lots 16, 17 and the west j of Lot -18, Block 2, Wilers Addition. The property is zoned commercial. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on May 14, 1964. The staff reported that the proposal met the standards for this type of facility and had been approved by the Traffic Engineer. There should be no displaying and parking of trailers on any portion of the filling station site other than that designated-as trailer park- ing spaces outlined on the applicant's plan. In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the permit for a six unit trailer rental facility on the above described property in accordance with plans dated June 12, 1964.
