RESOLVED, upon due consideration of the pertinent
application by Roy Klingsporn, that said applicant hereby is
granted a permit for the operation of an 8 -unit trailer rental
lot, in accordance with the plan therefor dated June 12, 19649
hereby approved and herewith filed, for the exposition of
trailers not exceeding eight in number at any one time, and
to conduct transactions thereon for the rental and use of the
same at other locations by third parties, in conjunction with
an existing filling station thereon, upon premises situate at
the northwest corner of Highway #12 and Ruth Street, described
as the south 40 feet of Lot 3, except the westerly 100 feet
thereof; Lot 4 except the westerly 100 feet thereof and Lot 5
except the westerly 100 feet thereof, and except that portion
taken for highway purposes, Block 8, Hudson Road Gardens, zoned
in Commercial District, under the Zoning Code, and that said
permit shall be subject to the permittee's compliance, in con-
nection with the subject of the same, with all applicable pro-
visions of municipal ordinances, State statutes and rules and
regulations of public authorities having cognizance.

This.is in the matter of the application of Roy Klingsporn to install
and operate an 8 unit trailer rental facility in conjunction with an
existing filling station on property'located'at the northwest corner
of Highway # 12 and Ruth Street which is described as the south 40

"Road Gardens. The property is zoned commercial.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on
June 4, 1964. The staff reported that the proposal'met the standards
for,this type of facility and had been approved by the Traffic Engineer.
There should be no displaying and parking of trailers on any portion
of the filling station site other than that'designated as trailer park-
ing spaces outlined on 'the'applicant�s plan. In consideration of these
factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the permit for
an eight trailer rental facility on the above described property in
accordance with plans dated, June .12, 1964.
