RESOLVED, That the proper City officers hereby ratify
and approve the signature of Commissioner Frank L. Loss, in behalf
of the City;of Saint Paul, upon a petition to rezone the southwest
corner of Ruth and Wilson Streets from "All Residence District to
Commercial District, said property being legally described as
follows:
"Vacated Pedersen Street adjoining and subject to
Ruth and Conway and Wilson Streets, the north 685.67
feet of West 930 feet of Southeast -- of Sec. 35,
T: 29, R. 24"

it being the further understanding of this Council that the herein-

above acquiescence is solely for the purpose of holding a public
hearing. ,
