220443ORIGINAL TO CITY CLERK PRESENTED BY COMMISSION CITY OF ST. PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM 4404V FILE CIL NO RESOLVED, That the Alexander Construction Company, 4641 Hiawatha Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota, be permitted to proceed, at their own peril, to dispose of concrete rubble and 'excavation material by placing the same on a tract of property owned by the City of Saint Paul and located west of Snelling Avenue between the Great Northern and Northern Pacific Railway tracks, subject to all of the terms and conditions of the proposed 8rdinanceNo. 12833; that in the event said ordinance is not passed by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, the Alexander Construction Company agrees to remove the said rubble and material and to restore the said tract of property to its original condition and to the satisfaction of the Chief Engineer,;City of Saint Paul, Minnesota; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Alexander Construction Company shall file with the City of Saint Paul a surety bond in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in a form to be approved by the Corporation�Couriselts office, to guarantee full compliance with the conditions of said ordinance No. 12833; and be it; FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Alexander Construction Company shall comply with the terms and conditions specified in letter,dated September 23, 1964, signed by Mr. George M.
