C MMISSIIONER
RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of
the Courf House and City Hall, in said City, as provided in
Section 1,.07, paragraph 2, Saint Paul Legislative Code, at
ten o'clock A.M. on November 17, 1964, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling or wrecking
and removal of the two -story dwelling on tht)W,,4st 53 feet of
Lot 5 and West 18 feet of Lot 7, All Lot 6, Ramsey County Loan
and Trust Companys Subdivision number one St: Paul, Minnesota,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as
557 Marshall Avenue, because said structure is reported to be
dangerous'and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen::
There is a two story dwelling at 557 Marshall Avenue on the
West 53 feet of Lot 5 and West 18 feet of Lot 7, All Lot 6,
Ramsey County Loan And Trust Co. Subdivision No. 1.
It is 67 by 46 by 40, last occupied as a two family dwelling;
badly vandalized, doors and windows smashed, radiators -and
plumbing fixtures missing, light fixtures removed and broken
and electrical installation in violation of the code. This,
dwelling is dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property
and should be repaired, or wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are Howard Yessne and Sylvia
Rosenbloom, in care of 650 Mt. Curve Boulevard, Saint Paul
16, Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted.
