Council City of Saint Paul Gentlemen:: There is a two story dwelling at 557 Marshall Avenue on the West 53 feet of Lot 5 and West 18 feet of Lot 7, All Lot 6, Ramsey County Loan And Trust Co. Subdivision No. 1. It is 67 by 46 by 40, last occupied as a two family dwelling; badly vandalized, doors and windows smashed, radiators -and plumbing fixtures missing, light fixtures removed and broken and electrical installation in violation of the code. This, dwelling is dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property and should be repaired, or wrecked and removed. The last known record owners are Howard Yessne and Sylvia Rosenbloom, in care of 650 Mt. Curve Boulevard, Saint Paul 16, Minnesota. Danger Notices have been posted. Kindly institute hearing date in Paul Legislative r CC' Fire Prevention Mr. Bert Benson, I condemnation action by setting a public accordance with Section-1.07-2 of the Saint Code.
