RESOLVED, That the Toni Company, Division of Gillette
Corporation,, be permitted to install and operate a 357- car,,off-

street parking facility for customers and employees in the block
bounded by Fourth, Fifth, John and Pine Streets and including
vacated Olive Street, and on the north side of Fifth Street
between John and Olive Streets, more particularly described as
all of Blocks 46 and 47 and vacated alley adjoining said blocks,
also all of Lots 5 thru 8, Block 42, all in Kittsons Addition to
Saint Paul ;`in accordance with final plans therefor dated

This is in the matter of the application of the Toni. Co. Div.
of Gillette,Corporation to install and operate a 357 car off-
street parking facility for cdstomers and employees on property
located in the block bounded byFourth', Fifth, John and ]pine
Streets and including vacated Olive Street, and on the north
side of Fifth Street between John and Olive Streets which is
described asiall of Blocks 46 and 47'and'vacated alley adjoin-
ing said blocks, also all of Lots- 5"thru 8; Block 42, all in
Kittsons Addition. The property is zoned heavy.-industry.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular '
meeting on August 27;'-1964. The`staffz reported that the plans
met the standards for this type,.of facility and had been approved
.by the Traffic Engineer. In consideration of these factors,
the Board of,Zoning recommends the granting of the application
' for a 357 car off-street parking facility,in accordance with,
final plans dated September 8,A 1964.E _ Y

lot for employees and customers on the following described property:
