In the matter of condemning and taking an easement for the St. Anthony Park Storm Relief
Sewer below an elevation fifty -five ft. (559 and above an elevation of twenty -five
ft. (251), City Datum for the purpose of-constructing and maintaining a public sewer,
under, through and across the following described tracts:
A triangular tract of land lying in the southwesterly part of Lot 1, Block 21,
Desnoyer Park, Ramsey Cou)�ty, Minnesota; and measuring 50 ft* on the westerly line and 15
ft. on the southerly line of said Lot 1, and a triangular tract of land lying in the
northwesterly part of tot 42, Block 20, Desnoyer Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and
measuring 25 ft. on the westerly line and 10 ft. on the northerly line of said Lot 42.

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount
of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for -the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
ei ghtapnt__h_ day of November, o61i , at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
