RESOLVED, That the Roffer's Land and Acceptance Corporation ( Del Farm
Food Stores) located at 30 No. Fairview Avenue, owner of the premises abutting
the subject alley and commonly designated as a food store located on the north-
east corner of Fairview Ave. and Grand Ave. in St. Paul, Minnesota, hereby is
granted a permit pursuant to the application thereto to widen the Fairview
entrance to the alley legally described as the alley in Block 3, Elmer and
Morrison's Addition from 20 feet to 24 feet, subject work to be done according
to plans and specifications approved by the Commissioner of Public Works or
his representative, and to thereafter'maintain and operate the same as so con-
structed subject to said permittees compliance with the applicable state status,
City Ordinances, and rules -.and regulations of public authorities having cogni 't
zance.
