RESOLVED, That out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid John
Den Bleyker while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason
of injuries he received on September 15, 1964, while employed by
the Department of Auditorium, Libraries, and Civic Buildings and
that $180.00 in partial settlement, to and including October
13; 1964, is now payable.
