PAUL COUNCIL NO �, i OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL, RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM as QY WHEREAS, an ordinance is now pending before the Council of The City of Saint Paul granting permission to Lloyd H. Uecker to construct and maintain at his own cost a private sewer across his property at 310 South U-x.ingtbh,St. Paul, said sewer to connect with a sewer owned by the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Public Buildings in the area of vacated Carroll Avenue between Lexington Avenue and Oxford Street; and WHEREAS, final approval, adoption, and publication of said ordinance will necessitate a delay in the installation of said sewer, and gueh may result in a serious threat to the health and welfare of the community; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that said permittee Lloyd H. Uecker may proceed in the intertim, with the construction and-installation of said private sewer subject to all the conditions and"-requirements contained in the ordinance which is now before this Council, and which is awaiting final approval and adoption by it.
