WHEREAS, an ordinance is now pending before the Council
of The City of Saint Paul granting permission to Lloyd H.
Uecker to construct and maintain at his own cost a private
sewer across his property at 310 South U-x.ingtbh,St. Paul,
said sewer to connect with a sewer owned by the Department of
Parks, Recreation, and Public Buildings in the area of vacated
Carroll Avenue between Lexington Avenue and Oxford Street; and
WHEREAS, final approval, adoption, and publication of said
ordinance will necessitate a delay in the installation of said
sewer, and gueh may result in a serious threat to the health
and welfare of the community; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that said permittee Lloyd H. Uecker may proceed
in the intertim, with the construction and-installation of said
private sewer subject to all the conditions and"-requirements
contained in the ordinance which is now before this Council, and
which is awaiting final approval and adoption by it.
