l WHEREAS the members of the Saint Paul Fair Employment
'Practices Commission, at a regularly held monthly meeting,
unanimously voted to send Gerald A. Alfveby, Assistant- Corporation
'Counsel of the City of Saint Paul, to the National Conference
of Commissions for Human Rights held at Brainerd, June 13 to 18,
•1964; and
WHEREAS, such person=s attendance at said conference
was for the purpose of improvement and betterment of the opera -
,tions of the Saint Paul Fair Employment Practices Commission; and
a
r WHEREAS, such attendance did afford and establish
necessary and important liaison between the local and National
levels of the conferences of the commissions for human rights,
therefore be it
