THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the Zoning Codel Chapters 60 to 64, inclusive of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to Use Districts, Height Districts, and Rezoning of certain pro- perties in the City of Saint Paul, as amended,-be and the same is hereby further amended so as to rezone the following described property from "C" Residence District to Commercial District, to -wit: "Lot 14, Block 59, St. Anthony Park Addition "; situate on the south dide of Robbins Street between Manvel Street and Bayless Avenue in the City of Saint Paul. Section 2: This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered.necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3. On September 2, 1964, the Commissioner of Finance reported the_petition sufficient with the owners of 9 of -a possible 12 (757o) tracts of land within the required 100 foot radius having signed the petition. The site is presently developed witb-a substandard residence not actually used for residential purposes, a two - car ;garage,and off- street parking for tr_uckd, truck- tractors and trailers. 'It is proposed to remove the existing st►uctures and develop the site with a 44''x 32' concrete block building which will be used for.the,,parking of truck - tractors and for performing general maintenance.'.- The Board of Zoning considered this matter,at its regular meeting on September 10, 1964.
