RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the removal of foundation
and debris located at 1199 Lincoln Avenue, described as Lot 19, Block 4, Elmer
& Morrison's Rear. of Part of Macalester Park, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to
A. KAMISH CCdTANY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Informal Bid #y43'( of said A. Kamish Company for the contract price of
$400.00, such bid being the lower and said A. Kamish Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to
draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
