Joint Managers, and JURAN AND MOODY, INC., and Associates be accepted and said bonds awarded. at :a .price;. _namely,._par, and. accrued interest with a coupon rate of 3.30 per cent and a premium of $15,800.00. 1tRTHER RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves each and every act of the Sinking Fund Committee in connection with the sale of said bonds.
