RESOLUTION

1 SE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Mivnesota Stat. Sec. 16136, the Commissioner of Transportation
2 be appointed as Agent of the City of Saint Paui to accept as its agent, federal aid funds which may be
3 made available for eligible transportation related projects.

5 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mayor and the D'uector of Public Works are hereby authorized
6 and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the Commissioner
7 of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid participation as set forth and
8 contained in Amendment No. 1 to MnDOT Agreement No. 88624, a copy of which said agreement was
9 before the City Council and which is made a part hereof by reference.
