PAUL 'O*E OF THE CITY CLERK ,EWLVTION- GENERAL FORM �9 COUNCIL FILE WHEREAS, the Council did by Resolution No. 219716 approved August 21, 1964, as amended by Council File No. 219953 approved September 11, 1964 authorize the issuance and sale of $1,700,000 Urban Renewal Bonds, Series 19644, to be dated October 1, 1964, and as the proper city officers have fully caused the said bonds to be advertised for sale and said adlertisement required sealed bids to be submitted on October 6, 1964, and as the bids were submitted and opened, examined and tabulated by the Council and the joint bid of FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, JURAN AND MOODY, Inc., HARRIMAN RIFLEY & CO., INC., Joint Managers, /and Associates was found to be the most advantageous, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the joint bid of FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, HA.RRIMAN RIPLEY & CO., INC., JURAN AND MOODY, Inc., Joint Managers, /and Associates be accepted and•said bonds awarded at a price, namely, par and accrued interest with a coupon rate of 3.30 per cent and a premium of $6,528.00. FURTHER RESOLVED, that' -the Council hereby ratifies and approves each and every act of the Sinking Fund Committee in connection with the sale of said bonds.
