PAUL COUNCIL 2,202,09 OFFICE QF THE CITY CLERK FILE NO CO CI R L TION - GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONS DATE - the Council did by Resolution No. 219479 approved August 5, 1964 authorize the issuance and sale of $1,150,000 City of Saint Paul Joint Hospital Facilities Bonds, Series No. 5; to be dated October 1, 1964, and as the proper city officers have fully caused the said bonds to be advertised for sale and said advertisement required sealed bids to be submitted on October 6, 1964, and as the bids were submitted and opened, examined and tabulated by the Council and the joint bid of FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, HARRIMAN RIPLEY JURAN AND MOODY, INC., & CO., $NC., Joint Managersl and Associates was found to be the most advantageous, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the joint bid of FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, HARRIMAN RIPLEY & CO., INC. JURAN AND MOODY, INC., Joint Managers, /and Associates: be accepted and said bonds awarded -at a price, namely, par and accrued interest with a coupon rate of 3.30 per cent and a premium of $5,163.50. FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves each and every act of the Sinking Fund Committee in connection with the sale of said bonds.
