RESOLVED., The proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute, on behalf of the City, Amendment to
Agreement No. 5391+6 between the State of Minnesota Department
of Highways and the City of Saint Paul, pertaining to engineering
services on a proposed sewer project to serve the northwest part
of the City as we11 as part of the trunk highway system, said
amendment being necessitated by reason of an addition to the
facilities being designed.
