T WHEREAS, The Board of Education of the City of Saint Paul on September 15, 1964, adopted theifollowing resolution: "RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the City of Saint Paul hereby directs that a1vote be taken on the question of conversion of Special District 2 of the City of Saint Paul, State of Minnesota, to an independent district; said vote shall be taken at a special election to be held on the third day of November, 1964; and requests the Council of the City of Saint Paul to concur in its action and to proceed as required by law to call such special election, to provide for the proper .legal notice of the same and to further provide for the conducting of such election, all in accordance with the provisions of law applicable to such special election; be -it "FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board hereby requests that the question to be included on the ballot at such special election and in the notice of said election be stated as follows:' 'Shall Special School District No. 2, State of Minnesota, of the City of SaintiPaul, be converted to and become an,;.
