In the matter of improving RIITH STREhT from Upper Afton Road to
Hudson Road (T.H. 12 and to be designated as Interstate Highwaq 94) by
grading, paving, curbing; by constructing and reconstructing si'dewalks;
by constructing and reconstructing the intersecting alley, street and
driveway returns; by constructing storm water drainage facilities; by
constructing sewer, water and gas service connections and by doing all
other�work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 215770, approved December 11, 1963, and Final

Order 218563, approved June 9, 1964. I
Also in the matter of constructing sanitary sewer in RUTH STREET
from T.H. 12 to about 130 feet south of North Park Drive, under Pre-
liminary Order 216179, approved Januarq 14, 1964 and Final Order 218564,
approved June 9, 1964.

improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and
the same are hereby approved, and be it further
Resolved, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
