WHEREAS, Henry H. Haselbeck, an employe of
the Bureau of Health, was injured in a third party
accident ori March 26, 1964, while engaged in the per-
formance of his duties for said Bureau; and ,
WHEREAS� the only expense the City has incurred
� is medical expenses including a payment to Dr. William
Byrne in the amount of $8 .00,and said employe has' tendered
to the City a cash payment_ to cover the City's subro-
gation claim, and the Corporation Counsel is in posses-
sion of a draft in the amount of $250 .00, No. NY 366574,
£rom the Hartford Insurance Group issued to the employe
and the City , now, therefore, be it
' RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are
hereby authorized to accept said cash payment in fu11 ,,
settlement of the City's subrogation claim, said amount , '
to, be credited to the Workmen's Compensation fund,
endorse said draft over to said employe and execute
any necessary releases. �
