This will �arovide the Department of Public Utilities with arx amount of eapital funds sufficient for matching State Highway funds in the construction of Lighting Ir�- stallations for adequate illumination of the Snelling Aven_ue highway improvement pro�ect. The State Highway participation to the extent of 50,� of the �cost of the Lighting ir�stallations is the result of long negotiation.
