mends approv�al of a trax�sfer of bond funds;

This will �arovide the Department of Public Utilities
with arx amount of eapital funds sufficient for matching
State Highway funds in the construction of Lighting Ir�-
stallations for adequate illumination of the Snelling
Aven_ue highway improvement pro�ect.
The State Highway participation to the extent of 50,� of
the �cost of the Lighting ir�stallations is the result of
long negotiation. The Advisory Committee recommends the
above fund �rat�sfer.
