� purpose o� the present appeal and app].ication for a _permit is to
legalize th.e existing use. F - _.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on
June 4, 1964. The staff reported that the applicant�s plan_of the
used car sales lot meets all of the standards for this type of
facility, and the appeal for the extension of use is a reasonable one.
The Traffic Engineer has reviewed the proposal and recommends approval.
The Board of Zoning therefore recommends the.granting of the appeal
as outlineci above, and the permit for a used car sales lot on the above
described property in accordance with final plans .
