limi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 217024
approved March llth. iq 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Davern St. from Randolph Ave. to James Ave. and by doing all other work
which is ttecessary and incidental to, complete said improvemeat.
