To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St . Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre—
limi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 217023
approned March llth. 19 6^ 4 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on the southeast side of West 7th. St. from James St. to the southwesterly approximately
140 ft. abuttint� 974 and 976 W. 7th. St. and replacint� with integral curb-sidewalk and
bv doins all other work which is necessarv and incidental to complete said improvemeat
and having investigated the matters and things re�ferred to therein, hereby
reports:
