WI�EREAS, on June 21, 2006, the city Council of the city of Saint Paul adopted Council File #06-630,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean-up from March 29 to April 15,
2006 (File No. J0604A), Assessment No. 8185); and
WHEREAS, the property at 2211 Glenridge Avenue, being described as:
Wiensch Battle Creek Addition Lot 9 Block 1;
with the property identification number 02-28-22-44-0044 was assessed the amount of $402.00 for the
property clean-up; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment by half because it
appeared some of the refuse that was removed may have been the responsibility of the adjacent property
owner.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the amount of the assessment for this property be reduced to $201.00;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $201.00 be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
