In the matter of constructing a public sewer in GREENBRISR
STREET from Ivy Street to Clear Street,
�l3EREAS, Said sewer is deemed necessary to intercept and
divert the natural drainage from the area being developed as an
athletic field for Johnson Sigh School, and
WHEREAS, T'he Board of Education has agreed to reimburse
the Department of Public Rorks for the actual cost of constructing
said sewer, said cost estimated to be $5,994.24, now therefore,
' BE IT RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the
above named �i�mprovement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public
Works, be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the cost of said sewer be charged to the
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund and this fund to be reimbursed
from the Board of Education.
