RESOLVID, that the particular slope easement ag�m�, hereunto
annexed and made a paxt hereof by reference, the same as if set forth fully
herein, may be and hereby is approved, and the appropriate City officials axe
hereby authorized and directed to execute the sa.me and to insure the proper
recording of same in appropriate City offices, and County offices as necessar�,
said Agreement to apply to and concern that particular easement acquired by

said City- and described as follows: .
"An easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts
and fills including the right of removal of lateral sup-
port from the sub�ect land or remainder thereof occas�:�n��_.
by excavation thereof or construction of slopes in the grad-
- • ing and paving of said Short Line Road in Lot 8, Subdivision
� of Ayd's Farm, 100 acres, Northwest 1/�+ of S. 11, T. 28, R.
_- 23, said easem.ent being in the land southwesterly of and
. immediately ad,jacent to the southwesterly line of said 8hort
Line Road as described above and being of variable width but
not.to exceed a maximum width of 56.0 feet."
