under P�eliminary Order 2171F38 approved A�"ri��g, 1964 i
The Council of the City of� St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon th'e above impravement, and having considered said regort, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report ancl the same is hereby approved and adopted, axid the said improvement
` is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
' ' to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Fuller Ave. from Lexington Parkway
to Oxford St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete' said i.mprovement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist.
