The� Council of the City of St. Paul having received the�report of the Commissioner ,of Finance
upori the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: �
1. °That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the sa.id improvement
' is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. - , _
2. T�hat the nature of the improvement.which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Fuller Ave. from Uale St. to Kent St. '
and by .daing all other work which is necessary and incidental. to complete said im-
provement, except where good and suffic�ent sidewalks now exist.

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ �•25 �er lin. ft. for 5' walk
� $ 3.80 per lin. ft, for 6' walk .
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd day of
Ju1y, 196�+ , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber o�f the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement,and the total cost thereof as estimated. - � •
