The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
_ 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ,'
2.. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Fremont Ave, from Cypress St. to Earl St.
and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidenta,l to complete said im-
provemen.t, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist.
