We found that two of the water closets were in need of repai.r and that other plumbi.ng appeared unsatisfactory. Electrica�. outlets were not sufficient in number to comply with the Housing Code and electrical wiring appeared of questionable safety. Some of the interior walls were in need of repair. At the time of this inspection we were not having a problem with rubbish and garbage, but have had difficulty in the past. The report, without going into detail, indicates the structure is not in good condition and would require extensive work in order to com- ply with existing Codes. _ On the 30th of March, 1.964, I received a call from Mrs. Hernandez, ` who informed me she would immediate].y take care of the plumbing problems and stated that if the rezoning plea was granted, she � would completely rebuild the structure.
