Whereas, under and ptirsuant to Ordinance No. 11542,. approved by
August 4, 1959, the Car Allowance Committee provided for in
Section 5 has reported its findings and recommendations to the
- Council in a letter dated June 19, 1964, and
Whereas the Counc.il has made a study of said report and recom-
1 mendations; therefore be it
RESOLVED,. by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the em-
