A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all pereons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
J RFSOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be me�de by the said City is condemni ng and taki ng an easement i n the 1 and
necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of-removal of lateral
support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material
BATTLE CREEK PLACE from Upper afton Road south to end of cul-de-sac.
