. The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre—

limi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 216872
approved_ March 3rd. 19 64 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on the north side of Minnehaha Ave. from Burr St. to Bradley St. and Clark St. to
Desoto St. and on the south side of. Minnehaha Ave. from Rivoli St. to Desoto St: and
bv doin� all other work which is necessarq and incidental to complete said improvement.
