inadvertently recited that a settlement was made of the claim of
Ja.mes Krievins instead of Janis' Krievins; and
WI�REAS, the claim that had been filed was in the name
of Janis Krievins; be it
RESOLVED, that Ordinance No. 12719 is hereby corrected
to read that the claim of Janis Krievins a.gainst the City of Saint
Paul is settled and compromised and payment will be made on the part
of the City of Saint Paul, as directed by said Ordinance.
