under Preliminary_ Order 217336 approved A�ril 1, 1461a
The Council of�the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
, upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
' 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. " •
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
. to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Victoria St. from Thomas Ave. to
Lafond Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $3-25Ter lin ft. for 5 ft. walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ��� day of
