The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of I+�nance
upon th'e above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: �
a -
- 1. That the said report ancY the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ' '
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is - _
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Eleanor Ave. fram Wheeler St. to ,
Davern St. and bq doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to �
