� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Fi.nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement �
- is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is `
to condemn and take an easement in the ]+and necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills,
including_right_of_removal.of lateral support from sub�ect land or remainder._thereof, _ _
+ occa'sioned by excavations thereof or construction of s].opes in the grading and sur-
