WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has proceeded in
condemnation to acquire certain parcels of real estate in the
City of Saint Paul ", Ramsey County, Minnesota, to -wit: Lots 4,
5, and 6 and part of Lot 26, Block 1, Long's addition to
St. Paul, Minnesota, and is willin to advance a partial
payment'thereon, in the amount of 148,000.00, as is evidenced
by State Warrant No. 801239, in the aforesaid amount, made
payable to S. Berglund Lumber Co. and City of St. Paul, Paul
Magnuson & Dave Durenberger, Attorneys; and
WHEREAS, it affirmatively appears from the written
report of the Valuation Engineer to the Corporation Counsel that
the City has no interest in the above - described real property;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officials may be and hereby
_ are authorized and directed to endorse'State Condemnation Warrant
No. 801239, the said City of Saint Paul having no interest therein,
but having been shown as a named payee thereon.
