RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby authorized, with the
consent of the Comptroller, to purchase from time to time for period of one
year from December 27, 196+, such ADDING MACHINES and CAICUTATORS as may be
necessary to meet the needs of the various departments of the City of Saint
Paul, without advertisement or competitive bids pursuant to Section 290 of
the Charter of the City of St. Paul, as these machines are patented.
