Block 3, Elmer & Morrisons rearr. of part of Macalester Park. The property is zoned commercial. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on October 8, 1964. The staff reported that the property is zoned commercial and that the perking lot =plans meet the standards for this type of facilityTh The Engineer zn`'eviewititg t15is proposal - stated that in t e even he two proposed driveways ofi'— ad-joi ing public alley which will provide both ingress and egress for the parking lot create a traffic problem or hazard, the City Council shall have the right to eliminate such openings so as to cpmpletely separate the alley from the parking lot. In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends the granting of the permit for a 76 car,customer parking lot on the above described property in accordance with final plans dated Novem- ber 17, 1964.
