and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the premises
described as Lot 27, Block 24, Syndicate No. 5 Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as
1235 Charles Street, and wreck and remove the single family
dwelling thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining
property.

File No. 220566 was mailed to

CC: Ann Myers, 1217 Hague Avenue, Saint Paul 4
CC: Mr. Anthony A. Danna, Atty., St. Paul Clinic Bldg.,
372 St. Peter St., Saint Paul 2
which resolution directed the repair, wrecking or removal of
the single family dwelling on Lot 27, Block 24, Syndicate
No. 5 Addition, also known as 1235 Charles Avenue, as publish-
ed in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the single family dwelling
has not been repaired or wrecked and removed. Please proceed
with the condemnation action, which will authorize the Commis-
sioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter
upon the property and wreck and remove the structure thereon,
and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protec-
tion of life, limb, and adjoining property.
