Council City of Saint Paul SUBJECT: 47 W,,Iowa Avenue Gentlemen: There is a single family dwelling at 47 West Iowa Avenue, Saint Paul 17, Minnesota, described as South One Half of Vacated Alley adjoining and the following: Except Railway Right of Way, Lots 22 and 23, and All Lots 20 and 21, Block 6, Merrill Os Division of Rice Street Villas. This is a one story dwelling 24 by 26, partially destroyed by fire, the charred members remaining. The building is vacant and dilapidated beyond repair, unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owners are Samuel B. and Jeanette Lechtman, Endicott on Fourth Building, Saint Paul 1, Minne- sota. Danger Notices have been posted.
