RESOLVED, That Crown Builders, Inc., as owner of the
subject premises, be permitted to install and operate a 23 -car
off - street parking facility accessory to a proposed 23 -unit
apartment building on property located at the southeast corner
of Magnolia Avenue and ,Agate Street, more particularly described
as Lots 3 through 82 inclusive, Block 1, Whittier Division, and
that portion of the vacated public-alley adjacent to Lots 5
through 8, Block 1, Whittier Division, in accordance with
final plans dated November 6, 1964, subject to the condition
that said applicant- permittee, and its successors and assigns,
make due compliance with all applicable City ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities having
cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is in reply to the application of the Crown Builders Inc. for
a permit to install and operate a 23 car parking lot accessory to
a proposed 23 unit apartment building on property located at the
southeast corner of Magnolia Avenue and Agate Street described as
Lots 3 thru 8 incl. Block 1, Whittier Div. and that portion of the
vacated public alley adjacent to Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, Block 1, Whittier Div.
The property is zoned light industry.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on
July 1, 1964. The staff reported that the parking lot plan met the
standards for this type of facility and had been approved by the
Traffic Engineer. The Board of Zoning, therefore, recommends the
granting of the application for a permit for a 23 car off - street
parking lot on the above described property in accordance with final
plans dated November 6, 1954.

accessory to a proposed 23 -unit apartment building on the following

vacated public alley adjoining Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, Block 1, Whittier
Division. The property is located on the southeast corner of
Magnolia Street and Agate Street.
