RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
1964
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement
in the-land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills,
including right of removal of lateral support from subject
land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing
with bituminous material the North -South alley from W.
Orange Avenue to W. Hyacinth Avenue and the East -West alley
from the North -South alley to PARK STREET all in Block 3,
Wifelburg Hills, under Preliminary Order 220138, approved
September 25, 1964.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and
the same are hereby cancelled, annulled, and rescinded
and all proceedings in such matter discontinued.
